Job summary

Concord is seeking QA Engineer with 4–6 years of experience to perform end-to-end testing across multiple clouds and validate API and middleware integrations. You will work with MuleSoft orchestrations, utilize Postman for API testing, and log defects in Jira, collaborating with developers and the QA Lead to verify fixes.

The role requires clear communication skills to articulate technical issues during client updates and contribute to digital transformation projects for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of dedicated QA engineering experience.
• Hands-on testing experience in Salesforce clouds.
• Integration testing, APIs, JSON payloads, and middleware testing (MuleSoft).

Responsibilities

• Execute functional, regression, and integration tests across clouds (SFCC, SC, DC, MC).
• Validate real-time and batch data flows using MuleSoft; use Postman/SoapUI.
• Identify, log and track defects in Jira; liaise with developers and QA Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Test Execution & Integration Validation

• End-to-End Testing: Execute functional, regression, and integration test cases across various clouds - SFCC, SC, DC, MC
• API & Middleware Testing: Validate real-time and batch data flows orchestrated via MuleSoft using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
• Defect Management: Identify, log, and track bugs in Jira; collaborate directly with developers and the QA Lead to verify fixes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 4–6 years of dedicated QA engineering experience.
• Salesforce Ecosystem: Hands-on experience testing various Salesforce clouds
• Integration Testing: Proven experience testing APIs, JSON payloads, and middleware layers (specifically MuleSoft).
• Tools: Proficiency with Jira (or Azure DevOps) and API testing tools (e.g., Postman).
• Soft Skills: Clear, concise communication skills with the ability to articulate technical issues simply during daily client updates.
