Job summary

Synectics APAC in Hyderabad, India, is seeking an experienced QA professional to design, implement, and maintain manual and automated testing for Salesforce applications. You will cover Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, creating effective test scenarios from user stories and business requirements.

You will build regression suites, enhance automation with Leapwork or Playwright, and collaborate with developers, BAs, and partners to ensure quality within sprint timelines.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience testing Salesforce applications across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Hands-on QA automation experience with modern tools and frameworks.
• Proven ability to design effective test cases and regression suites.
• Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for Salesforce apps.
• Manage regression test suites and ensure coverage of critical Salesforce functionalities.

• Document, track, and support resolution of defects with Dev and BI teams.

Mandatory Skills

• 7+ years of experience in QA / Software Testing.
• Strong Salesforce testing experience, preferably across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Hands-on experience in QA Automation.
• Experience with Leapwork and/or Playwright.
• Strong understanding of test case design, execution, regression testing, and defect management.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Good knowledge of Jira or similar test/defect management tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience working with third-party implementation/support partners.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configurations, workflows, and solution design.
