Job summary

Dicetek LLC is seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer to test Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud environments. The role focuses on creating and executing test cases, functional, regression, and UAT testing, and validating configurations.

You will track defects with Jira and collaborate with developers and stakeholders in an Agile setting to ensure quality delivery. The candidate should have 8-9 years of hands-on QA experience, a relevant degree, and strong knowledge of QA concepts,

Qualifications

• 8-9 years of hands-on QA experience, preferably with Salesforce testing, test execution, defect tracking, and functional/regression/UAT testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of QA concepts, SDLC/STLC, manual testing, and test documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute manual test cases based on user stories, business requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Perform functional, regression, and UAT testing for Salesforce releases and enhancements.
• Validate Salesforce configurations, data fields, workflows, page layouts, and user permissions.
• Track, document, and follow up on defects using Jira or similar tools.
• Understand QA fundamentals including SDLC, STLC, test planning, and test documentation.
• Communicate testing progress, defects, risks, and blockers clearly to stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with developers and business teams in an Agile environment.
