Job summary

Forsys is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Program Lead in India to own large-scale Salesforce initiatives, including migration projects and integrations with enterprise systems. The role requires strong Agile PO skills, backlog ownership, and the ability to run workshops and deliver executive status reports.

Based offshore in India with Bengaluru or Gurugram locations, the candidate will collaborate with senior stakeholders and drive architecture, data model design, and governance across projects.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of total professional experience with 8–10 years in Salesforce program lead or PO roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology or related discipline.
• Salesforce and Agile certifications are a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Salesforce programs and product ownership for large-scale migrations.
• Oversee complex integrations with enterprise systems via MuleSoft and APIs.
• Manage product backlog, write stories, prioritize, and govern sprints.
• Engage senior client business and tech leaders and report status/risk.
• Run workshops and deliver executive-level updates.

What You'll Bring Required

• 810 years of total experience, with 810 years in Salesforce-centric program management or product ownership roles


• Hands-on exposure to the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Experience Cloud) and its configuration and data model


• Proven ownership of at least one large-scale Salesforce migration from a legacy CRM or enterprise system


• Experience overseeing Salesforce integrations with enterprise systems via middleware (MuleSoft or equivalent) and APIs


• Strong Agile/Scrum product ownership skills backlog management, story writing, prioritisation and sprint governance


• Demonstrated stakeholder maturity to engage, influence and hold their own with senior client business and technology leaders


• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to run workshops and produce executive-level status and risk reporting

What You'll Bring Preferred

• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Business Analyst or Platform App Builder


• Agile credentials such as CSPO, SAFe PO/PM or equivalent


• Exposure to financial services, capital markets or research and analytics clients


• Familiarity with Revenue Cloud / Salesforce CPQ and quote-to-cash process flows


• Prior experience embedded within a client's team as loaned or extended staff

8–10 years of total professional experience with 8–10 years of relevant Salesforce program lead or product owner experience. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology or a related discipline preferred. Salesforce and Agile certifications are treated as a plus, not mandatory.
