Job summary

Taj Consultancy Service in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization Architect to lead enterprise personalization initiatives. This permanent role requires 8-15 years of overall experience and deep MCP expertise.

You will design and implement MCP solutions across large clients, collaborate with stakeholders, integrate MCP with CRM, CDP, and data warehouses, and mentor delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce MCP.
• Proficient in JavaScript and web technologies for MCP.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of MCP solutions across enterprise clients.
• Define personalization strategies using behavior, attributes, catalog data, and real-time interactions.
• Architect and implement Sitemap, Event Tracking, Catalog Design, Identity Management, Segments, Recommendations, Campaigns, and Templates.
• Design scalable approaches for capturing customer interactions across websites, portals, mobile apps, and digital platforms.
• Develop personalization and recommendation strategies from behavioral and transactional data.
• Define identity resolution and profile unification strategies within MCP.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate marketing requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Design integration frameworks between MCP and CRM, CDP, Data Warehouse, eCommerce, and APIs.
• Lead discovery workshops, solution reviews, and architecture governance.
• Establish deployment standards, documentation, and best practices.
• Optimize existing personalization programs through data analysis and campaign reviews.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP) solutions across enterprise clients.
• Define personalization strategies leveraging customer behavior, profile attributes, catalog data, and real-time interactions.
• Architect and implement Sitemap, Event Tracking, Catalog Design, User Identity Management, Segments, Recommendations, Campaigns, and Templates.
• Design scalable approaches for capturing customer interactions across websites, portals, mobile applications, and digital platforms.
• Develop personalization and recommendation strategies using behavioral and transactional data.
