• Build and configure an Experience Cloud portal for customers to request and book services.

• Develop custom functionality using Apex and LWC where required.
• Use Salesforce Flow to automate creation and updating of work orders, service appointments, accounts and contacts.
• Configure security and sharing so customers access relevant data without exposure to internal FSL data.
• Understand end-to-end booking lifecycle across FSL Mobile and Dispatcher Console.
• Support FSL API and REST integrations with external systems.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce FSL Developer with strong Experience Cloud expertise to support the development of a customer-facing portal connected to Salesforce Field Service.

You will work on a project focused on enabling customers to request and book field services through an Experience Cloud portal, with bookings flowing into Salesforce Field Service for scheduling and fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Salesforce Field Service (FSL), including Work Orders, Service Appointments, scheduling, operating hours and territories.
• Build and configure an Experience Cloud portal for customers to request and book services.
• Integrate Experience Cloud with FSL to support service appointment requests and bookings.
• Develop custom functionality using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) where required.
• Use Salesforce Flow to automate the creation and updating of Work Orders, Service Appointments, Accounts and Contacts.
• Develop scheduling and booking logic to surface available appointment slots to customers.
• Support FSL API and REST integrations with external systems where required.
• Configure Experience Cloud security and sharing so customers can access relevant appointments, assets and cases without exposure to internal FSL data.
• Understand the end-to-end booking lifecycle, including how appointments move through FSL Mobile and the Dispatcher Console.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service (FSL).
• Experience with Work Orders, Service Appointments, scheduling, operating hours and territories.
• Proven experience developing or configuring Salesforce Experience Cloud customer portals.
• Strong Apex and LWC development experience.
• Experience with Salesforce Flow.
• Knowledge of FSL APIs, REST integrations and external system integration.
• Understanding of Experience Cloud security, sharing rules and customer/community access.
• Experience with appointment scheduling, availability and booking logic.
