The role involves developing, customizing, enhancing, and supporting scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating with functional teams, architects, QA, business analysts, and stakeholders.

Job Description

The candidate will work extensively on Salesforce FSL capabilities, including Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Territories, Dispatcher Console, Scheduling Optimization, and Mobile Workforce Management. The role also includes Salesforce Core development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and Flows.

The developer will build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Platform Events, Named Credentials, and OAuth. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting application issues, participating in technical design and code reviews, supporting deployments, and following Salesforce development standards within an Agile environment.
