Mastek in Bengaluru, India is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Engineer with strong Health Cloud experience to design, build, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions for health payer and provider clients.

The role emphasizes integration, data modeling, and offshore collaboration. You will work on Health Cloud data models, Service Cloud, and complex integrations (REST/SOAP, MuleSoft), collaborating with offshore teams to deliver for US-based healthcare clients.

Qualifications

• 6–9+ years of Salesforce development experience with 3+ years in Health Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Hands-on with Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flow and asynchronous processing.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; II preferred.
• Healthcare payer domain knowledge and HIPAA data handling experience.
• Integration experience (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft) in multi-system healthcare environments.
• Offshore delivery experience supporting US-based clients and strong English skills.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and unit-test Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow, and declarative config.
• Extend Health Cloud data models and Service Cloud capabilities including case management.
• Build and maintain integrations with downstream systems via REST/SOAP and middleware.
• Translate requirements into technical designs and participate in sprint planning.
• Conduct peer code reviews and maintain technical documentation.
• Provide production/L3 support and root-cause analysis within a capacity-based model.
• Collaborate with QA on test scenarios, defect triage, and release readiness.
• Mentor mid-level developers in an offshore pod.

We have an exciting opportunity for you!

We are currently hiring for Sr. Salesforce Engineer role. Seeking a candidate with solid experience in Health Cloud.

Note : We are currently looking for immediate joiners who can start immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and unit-test custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and declarative configuration
• Implement and extend Health Cloud data models (care plans, provider network, member/patient records) and Service Cloud (case management, omni-channel routing, knowledge)
• Build and maintain integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware) between Salesforce and downstream systems supporting the PDR platform
• Translate business analyst and product requirements into technical designs; participate in estimation and sprint planning
• Conduct peer code reviews, enforce coding standards, and maintain technical documentation
• Provide production/L3 support within the capacity-based delivery model, including root-cause analysis and defect resolution
• Partner with QA on test scenarios, defect triage, and release readiness
• Mentor mid-level developers within the offshore pod

Required Qualifications

• 6-9+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, including 3+ years dedicated to Health Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations
• Strong Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flow, and asynchronous processing (batch, queueable, platform events)
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required); Platform Developer II strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of healthcare payer domain concepts: member/patient records, provider network data, care coordination, and HIPAA-aware data handling
• Integration experience (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware such as MuleSoft) in a multi-system healthcare environment
• Prior experience delivering in an offshore capacity model supporting a U.S.-based healthcare or public-sector client
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills;

Preferred Qualifications

• Health Cloud Accredited Professional and/or Service Cloud Consultant certification
• Experience with Medi-Cal, Medicaid, or other government health plan/payer systems
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR/HL7)
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tooling (Copado, Gearset, SFDX, CI/CD pipelines)
