Job summary

Persistent is seeking an experienced Salesforce Health Cloud Developer to design, develop, and customize Health Cloud solutions for patient-centric workflows. You will map data into the Health Cloud model, build Health Cloud and Experience Cloud portals, and implement secure integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

You will mentor junior developers, participate in design reviews, and ensure compliance with healthcare data security requirements across all services.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Minimum 2+ years hands-on in Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Proven experience in Healthcare or Life Sciences implementations.
• Strong Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL, and APIs expertise.
• Experience with Health Cloud data models and patient data mgmt.

AboutPosition:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Health Cloud Developer to design, develop, and customize Salesforce Health Cloud solutions that enable patient-centric and member-centric healthcare experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Salesforce platform development, Health Cloud data models, Experience Cloud, integrations, and healthcare domain workflows. In this role, you will build scalable applications, integrations, and automation solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs while supporting complex healthcare and life sciences business processes. You will collaborate with architects, business analysts, UX teams, and stakeholders to deliver secure, high-performing, and compliant Salesforce solutions.

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Health Cloud solutions based on business requirements.
• Map healthcare, clinical, and life sciences data into the Salesforce Health Cloud standard data model using Person Accounts.

• Understanding of Care Plans and Care Teams and their role in patient care management.
• Experience with Patient Timeline configuration and patient journey visibility.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Shield and healthcare data security requirements.
• Understanding of Consent Management and patient privacy frameworks.
• Familiarity with Patient Data Duplication handling and master patient record management.
• Strong understanding of Patient 360 implementations and patient-centric engagement models.
• Knowledge of clinical data models and REMS (Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy) processes.
• Experience supporting healthcare workflows and life sciences business processes.
