Job summary

Next Generation Technology, Inc. seeks an experienced Salesforce Technical Consultant focused on Health Cloud and OmniStudio. The role requires 9+ years in Salesforce, with Health Cloud/Service Cloud expertise, and strong integration skills in a multi-system environment.

Offshore pod mentoring is expected. You will design, build, and test solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow, and declarative config, while extending Health Cloud data models and Service Cloud capabilities.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of hands-on Salesforce development with Health Cloud/Service Cloud
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; II preferred
• Experience with healthcare payer concepts and HIPAA-aware data handling
• Integration experience with REST/SOAP and middleware in multi-system environments

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and unit-test Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow, and declarative config
• Extend Health Cloud data models and Service Cloud capabilities
• Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with downstream systems
• Translate requirements into technical designs and participate in estimation/sprint planning
• Conduct peer code reviews and maintain technical documentation
• Provide production/L3 support within a delivery model, including root-cause analysis
• Partner with QA on test scenarios, defect triage, and release readiness
• Mentor mid-level developers within the offshore pod

We are looking for Salesforce Technical Consultant – Health Cloud & OmniStudio(Salesforce Development, Health Cloud - Working Experience, and Omni Studio is a mandatory requirement)

Location: (Bengaluru, Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Trichy, Ahmedabad, Gurgaon and Noida)

Job Type: Contract role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and unit-test custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and declarative configuration
• Implement and extend Health Cloud data models (care plans, provider network, member/patient records) and Service Cloud (case management, omni-channel routing, knowledge)
• Build and maintain integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware) between Salesforce and downstream systems supporting the PDR platform
• Translate business analyst and product requirements into technical designs; participate in estimation and sprint planning
• Conduct peer code reviews, enforce coding standards, and maintain technical documentation
• Provide production/L3 support within the capacity-based delivery model, including root-cause analysis and defect resolution
• Partner with QA on test scenarios, defect triage, and release readiness
• Mentor mid-level developers within the offshore pod

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, including 3+ years dedicated to Health Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations
• Strong Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flow, and asynchronous processing (batch, queueable, platform events)
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required); Platform Developer II strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of healthcare payer domain concepts: member/patient records, provider network data, care coordination, and HIPAA-aware data handling
• Integration experience (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware such as MuleSoft) in a multi-system healthcare environment
• Prior experience delivering in an offshore capacity model supporting a U.S.-based healthcare or public-sector client
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills;

Preferred Qualifications

• Health Cloud Accredited Professional and/or Service Cloud Consultant certification
• Experience with Medi-Cal, Medicaid, or other government health plan/payer systems
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR/HL7)
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tooling (Copado, Gearset, SFDX, CI/CD pipelines)
