Job summary

Commergence in India is seeking a Salesforce Health Cloud specialist to design, configure, and deploy Health Cloud solutions aligned to patient journeys and care team collaboration.

You will customize Health Cloud objects, integrate with Epic and Cerner, and lead end-to-end implementations, ensuring data governance and secure configurations with performance monitoring.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Salesforce Health Cloud solutions for healthcare clients.
• Proficiency configuring Health Cloud data models and security settings.
• Hands-on development using Apex, LWC, Flow, and Process Builder.
• Experience integrating with Epic/Cerner and external APIs.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and data governance.

• Design, configure, and deploy Health Cloud solutions aligned to patient journeys and regulatory compliance.
• Customize Health Cloud objects (Patient, Care Plan, Encounter, Provider) using Lightning App Builder, Flow, and Apex.
• Integrate Health Cloud with EHRs and external APIs using MuleSoft, Heroku, or REST/SOAP services.
• Lead end-to-end implementations including sprint planning and UAT for healthcare clients.
• Ensure data governance and security by configuring field-level security, record types, sharing rules, and encryption policies.
• Maintain and optimize system performance via dashboards, logs, and Health Cloud metrics.

• Customize Health Cloud objects (Patient, Care Plan, Encounter, Provider) using Lightning App Builder, Flow, and Apex to automate clinical and administrative workflows.


• Integrate Health Cloud with EHRs (Epic, Cerner), telehealth platforms, and external APIs using MuleSoft, Heroku, or REST/SOAP services.


• Lead end-to-end implementation cycles—including sprint planning, stakeholder alignment, UAT, and adoption training for enterprise healthcare clients.


• Ensure data governance and security by configuring field-level security, record types, sharing rules, and encryption policies in Health Cloud.
