Responsibilities

• Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
• Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
• Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code following Salesforce best practices.
• Build custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) and enhance existing components with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Develop and customize applications within Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Apex and JavaScript code to ensure system stability and high performance.
• Collaborate closely with administrators, architects, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust Salesforce solutions.
• Conduct and participate in code reviews to uphold coding standards and best practices.
• Design, implement, and manage integrations with external systems using Salesforce APIs.
• Maintain clear version control and documentation through source control tools.
• Stay informed about the latest Salesforce releases, features, and enhancements, and apply them to improve solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and/or Health Cloud.
• Strong command of Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Aura Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with Salesforce data tools such as Data Loader.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration best practices, including Apex classes, test classes, triggers, workflows, and deployment processes.
• Salesforce Developer Certification preferred.
