DNV Group is seeking an experienced Salesforce Delivery Manager to lead a global application delivery team responsible for business-critical digital solutions.

You will drive agile delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, own sprint and release planning, manage risks, and ensure high-quality releases in a fast-paced international environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary delivery team in an Agile environment.
• Own sprint and release planning, including capacity forecasting and milestone management.
• Manage dependencies, priorities, risks, and delivery challenges across multiple workstreams.
• Foster collaboration between business stakeholders, product owners, analysts, architects, developers, testers, and support teams.
• Monitor delivery progress and provide transparent status reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support release readiness activities and coordinate quality assurance and user acceptance processes.
• Remove blockers and help teams deliver effectively and sustainably.
• Drive execution of enhancement, maintenance and support for new initiatives.
• Promote continuous improvement of team practices and operational excellence.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and digital innovation to business processes.

You will work with stakeholders across business and IT to deliver continuous improvements, manage operational support activities, and help ensure high-quality releases in a fast-paced international environment.
