is hiring a Scrum Master – Salesforce Delivery to accelerate Salesforce work, improve delivery predictability, and align the full Salesforce team through Agile ceremonies and Azure DevOps. You will facilitate sprint planning, standups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives while coordinating with product owners, admins, developers, QA, and business stakeholders to remove impediments and surface risks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Agile delivery, project delivery, or Scrum Master roles.
• 2+ years as ScrumMaster/Agile facilitator for Salesforce/CRM or enterprise apps.
• Experience facilitating ceremonies, managing sprint cadence, and release readiness.
• Experience with distributed/remote teams and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies for Salesforce team (planning, standups, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives).
• Ensure shared understanding of sprint goals, priorities, risks, and delivery expectations.
• Identify blockers, remove impediments, and coordinate decisions across teams.
• Maintain sprint discipline, backlog refinement, estimation, and prioritization.
• Own Azure DevOps delivery tracking, boards, epics, features, stories, tasks, and dashboards.
• Create visibility with burn-down/burn-up charts, velocity trends, and release readiness dashboards.
• Coordinate with Product Owners and stakeholders to align priorities and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate Salesforce release readiness across dev, QA, UAT, and production deployments.
• Support DevOps practices: source control, branching, PRs, pipelines, environments, and governance.
• Identify delivery risks, dependencies, capacity issues, and bottlenecks early.
• Lead retrospectives for measurable process improvements and action items.
• Promote Agile and DevOps discipline across Salesforce delivery teams.

Job description

As a Scrum Master – Salesforce Delivery,you will help accelerate Salesforce work, improve delivery predictability, andkeep the full Salesforce team aligned through consistent Agile ceremonies,transparent communication, and disciplined use of Azure DevOps. This role isresponsible for facilitating sprint planning, daily standups, backlogrefinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, release readiness discussions, andcross-team coordination to ensure work is clearly prioritized, activelyprogressing, and visible to stakeholders. You will partner closely with productowners, Salesforce administrators, developers, QA resources, analysts,architects, project leaders, and business stakeholders to remove impediments,manage dependencies, surface risks early, and help teams stay focused oncommitted sprint goals. The ideal candidate has strong Scrum Master experience,hands-on knowledge of Agile delivery practices, detailed experience managingwork in Azure DevOps, and a practical understanding of Salesforce deliverylifecycles, including configuration, development, testing, deployment, releasecoordination, and post-release validation.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies for the Salesforce team,including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews,retrospectives, release planning, and ad hoc dependency or blocker discussions.
• Drive team alignment by ensuring product owners, analysts,administrators, developers, QA resources, architects, and stakeholders have ashared understanding of sprint goals, priorities, dependencies, risks, anddelivery expectations.
• Expedite work by identifying stalled items, clarifying ownership, removing impediments, escalating blockers, and coordinating timely decisions across business and technical teams.
• Maintain sprint discipline by helping the team protectcommitted work, manage capacity, reduce mid-sprint disruption, and keep backlog items properly refined, estimated, prioritized, and ready for delivery.
• Own day-to-day Agile delivery tracking in Azure DevOps,including work item hygiene, sprint boards, backlog organization, epics,features, user stories, tasks, bugs, dependencies, tags, queries, dashboards,and delivery metrics.
• Create clear visibility into delivery progress by maintainingaccurate sprint boards, burn-down or burn-up views, velocity trends, cumulativeflow insights, blocked-item reporting, aging work item views, and releasereadiness dashboards.
• Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders toensure priorities are clear, acceptance criteria are complete, scope isunderstood, and team capacity is considered before sprint commitments are made.
• Coordinate Salesforce release readiness by aligning requirements, development, configuration, QA testing, UAT, deployment windows, change communication, release notes, validation plans, and post-release support needs.
• Support DevOps best practices by helping the team managesource control awareness, environment planning, deployment sequencing,branching strategy coordination, pull request visibility, build/release pipeline status, and defect resolution workflows.
• Proactively identify delivery risks, system dependencies,resource constraints, unclear requirements, overloaded team members, andoperational bottlenecks that could affect sprint or release outcomes.
• Facilitate retrospectives that lead to measurable process improvements, clear action items, improved working agreements, and strongerteam accountability across future sprints.
• Promote consistent Agile practices, documentation standards,and DevOps discipline across the Salesforce delivery team while coaching teammembers on effective collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years ofexperience in Agile delivery, project delivery, Scrum Master, delivery manager,technical project management, or similar roles supporting software orenterprise application teams.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience serving as a ScrumMaster or Agile facilitator for Salesforce, CRM, ERP, enterprise applications,or technical delivery teams.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating Agile ceremonies,managing sprint cadence, removing impediments, coordinating dependencies,supporting release readiness, and improving delivery predictability.
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams,including collaboration with U.S.-based stakeholders, offshore deliveryresources, and cross-functional business partners.
• Technical Skills:
  • Detailed experience withAzure DevOps, including epics, features, user stories, tasks, bugs, test plans,sprint boards, backlogs, queries, dashboards, tags, area paths, iterationpaths, delivery plans, and reporting views.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps delivery practices, includingsource control concepts, branching strategies, pull requests, build and releasepipelines, environment coordination, deployment tracking, defect management,and release governance.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce delivery lifecycles,including requirements refinement, configuration, custom development, QAtesting, UAT, deployment planning, release communication, productionvalidation, and support handoff.
  • Experience coordinating Salesforce deployments acrosssandboxes and production environments, including dependency tracking,sequencing, rollback awareness, release notes, and post-deployment validation.
  • Ability to use delivery metrics such as velocity, sprintpredictability, cycle time, throughput, burn-down, burn-up, blocked work, agingitems, and defect trends to improve team performance and identify deliveryrisks.
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and practices such asScrum, Kanban, SAFe, Scrum-of-Scrums, backlog refinement, estimation, capacityplanning, definition of ready, definition of done, and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word,Visio, Lucidchart, Power BI, or similar tools for collaboration, reporting,process mapping, stakeholder communication, and executive-ready delivery updates.
• Excellent facilitation andcommunication skills with the ability to keep meetings focused, outcome-driven,and respectful of team capacity.

• Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, Platform App Builder, or Trailhead training related to Salesforce delivery, DevOps, reporting, automation, security, or release management.
• Experience working with Salesforce DevOps tools or practices such as Copado, Gearset, Flosum, Salesforce DevOps Center, Git-based deployments, CI/CD pipelines, metadata deployments, or structured release governance.
• Experience supporting CRM, CPQ, sales operations, field operations, service operations, M&A integration, SOX compliance, or enterprise application transformation initiatives.
• Experience creating Agile delivery dashboards, executive-ready status updates, release readiness reports, sprint health summaries, risk trackers, decision logs, and action item follow-ups.
