Job summary

NexTurn in Hyderabad is seeking a Senior Salesforce Project Manager to lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related products.

You will define project scope, drive schedules and budgets, coordinate global teams, and champion Agile practices, change management, and stakeholder alignment to deliver value for the business. A proven track record with Salesforce certifications is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience and 5+ years leading Salesforce implementations.
• Proven experience delivering Salesforce projects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Field Service Lightning.
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience including leading ceremonies and cross-functional teams.
• Extensive change management experience including readiness, training, post-implementation support.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform and customization to meet business needs.
• Strong Salesforce Administration experience (user setup, security, profiles, workflows, reports, dashboards).
• Experience managing end-to-end project lifecycle including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent.
• Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant.
• Experience leading global or multi-org Salesforce implementations across regions.
• Familiarity with Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce implementations, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines aligned with business goals.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
• Manage the project using Agile/Scrum methodologies, ensuring iterative delivery.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and technical teams to prioritize backlogs and write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead change management to ensure adoption of Salesforce solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels and manage expectations.
• Develop and execute communication plans on progress, risks, issues.
• Oversee deliverable quality and adherence to best practices.
• Work with QA to ensure testing is thorough and defects addressed.
• Continuously assess processes and drive improvements.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including developers, admins, business analysts.
• Manage resource allocation to maximize team performance.
• Foster collaborative and productive team environment, encouraging innovation and learning.

Job description

• Proven experience in delivering Salesforce projects in areas such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Field Service Lightning.
• Strong experience managing projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies, including leading Scrum ceremonies and working in cross-functional Agile teams.
• Extensive experience in change management, including organizational readiness, user training, and post-implementation support.
• In-depth understanding of the Salesforce platform and how to implement and customize Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Administration (e.g., user setup, security, profiles, workflows, reports, and dashboards).
• Proven ability to manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation through to post deployment support, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Scrum certification is required.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
• Experience leading global or multi-org Salesforce implementations across multiple regions or business units.
• Familiarity with Waterfall or hybrid project management methodologies may be beneficial.
