Persistent is seeking a Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable CG Cloud solutions for the beverage sector. You will own end-to-end architecture, define roadmaps, governance, and secure integrations across ERP, orders, and data platforms.

• 12 to 17 years of Salesforce experience, with minimum 3 years hands-on in Consumer Goods Cloud.
• Proven leadership in CG Cloud and Retail Execution transformation programs.
• Deep knowledge of CG Cloud, Retail Execution, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and Salesforce mobile capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture for Salesforce CG Cloud implementations, including design, roadmap, governance, security, and scalable integration patterns.
• Design Retail Execution capabilities: visit/route planning, mobile/offline execution, surveys, store audits, merchandising, inventory visibility, guided selling, order capture, store KPIs.
• Architect Trade Promotion Management and customer planning capabilities: promotion planning, trade funds, accruals, claims, uplift forecasting, ROI reporting.
• Design use cases for Agentforce, Einstein, and Data Cloud to boost sales-rep productivity and customer insights.
• Integrate Salesforce with ERP, order management, distributor, inventory, pricing, finance, fulfillment, and data platforms using APIs/middleware.
• Lead discovery workshops, architecture reviews, and executive alignment.

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Architect to lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions within the Consumer Goods sector. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the beverage industry and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills.

What You\'ll Do:

• Own the end-to-end architecture for Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud implementations, including solution design, roadmap, governance, security, and scalable integration patterns.

Expertise You\'ll Bring:

• 12 to 17 years of Salesforce experience, with a minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in Consumer Goods Cloud.


• Proven leadership in enterprise CG Cloud and Retail Execution transformation programs.


• Deep knowledge of CG Cloud, Retail Execution, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and Salesforce mobile capabilities.


• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, Apex, LWC, REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce DX, CI/CD, data migration, security, and integration patterns.


• Strong beverage industry domain experience across bottlers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, or route-to-market operations.


• Experience with MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, or comparable integration platforms.


• Ability to translate commercial, trade, and sales‑operations priorities into scalable platform solutions and measurable business outcomes.
