Job summary

Techila Global Services in Pune, India is seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to gather and document business requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions.

You will work with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, create BRDs/FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and lead UAT with stakeholders.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and Agile/Scrum experience are essential.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions.
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with SalesforceAdministrators, Developers, Architects, and QA teams to design and implement solutions.
• Configure and support SalesforceSales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforceproducts as needed.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure business requirements are met.
• Create process flows, workflows, and business process documentation.
• Provide end-user training and support during implementation and post-go-live phases.
• Ensure data quality, reporting, and dashboard requirements are addressed.

Required Skills

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Salesforceprojects.
• Hands-on knowledge of SalesforceSales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Expertise in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
• Experience creating user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and process flow diagrams.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with UAT planning and execution.
• Knowledge of Salesforcereports, dashboards, workflows, and automation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SalesforceAdministrator Certification preferred.
• SalesforceBusiness Analyst Certification is a plus.
• Experience with Experience Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or OmniStudio is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, or similar tools
