You will implement CI/CD pipelines, manage test cases with Jira/Xray/Zephyr, and contribute to test strategy across Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define and execute QA strategy, test plans, and scenarios for Salesforce implementations across Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.
• Develop, review, and maintain manual and automated test cases/scripts covering Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Implement and enhance test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Provar, Copado) and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify, log, and manage defects using tools like JIRA/Azure DevOps, ensuring high-quality releases and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
