Job summary

Quess IT Solutions in Bengaluru seeks a QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain UI automation scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver. You will create comprehensive test plans for functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing, with focus on Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud applications.

The role demands 4+ years in software testing, strong Java/Selenium skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in software testing/QA, preferably with Salesforce apps and data integrations.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java and Selenium WebDriver automation – Mandatory.
• Knowledge of test automation frameworks (TestNG/JUnit) and Page Object Model.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Experience designing and executing comprehensive test cases during development, system, regression, and UAT.
• Experience with API testing and data/integration testing is desirable.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment and defect tracking with Jira.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain UI automation test scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver.

• Execute automated regression suites and analyze test results.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, automation coverage, and testing practices.
• Ensure high attention to detail while validating complex business scenarios and data flows.

• Experience with SQL/database validation and data analytics.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and automation execution through Jenkins/GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Salesforce integration technologies and external systems.
