Salesforce is hiring a Data Cloud/Data 360 Technical Architect to design, manage, and deliver highly scalable, AI-driven solutions in Hyderabad. You will champion an AI-first delivery methodology, leverage LLMs, and integrate predictive and generative AI within Salesforce environments.

The role requires deep Salesforce expertise across Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and integration technologies to enable long-term customer growth.

Qualifications

• 9–14 years of CRM experience.
• At least 4–5 years on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, and Marketing Cloud Engagement/Personalization.
• Strong APIs, AMPScript, SQL, Apex/Visualforce, JS and ETL integration skills.

What we're looking for: 9-14 years of CRM experience, with at least 45 years on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. Expert-level knowledge of the Salesforce suite, specifically Data Cloud, Agentforce, and Marketing Cloud Engagement/Personalization. Deep technical chops across APIs, AMPScript, SQL, Apex/Visualforce, JS, and integration/ETL technologies. Strong architectural background in designing systems that stand up to high data volumes and seamlessly scale.
