• Experience with Business Process mapping, optimization, and translating workflows into Salesforce solutions.
• Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, standard objects, and automation tools (e.g., Flow, Validation Rules, Reports and Dashboards).
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment with cross-functional and global teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, structured manner.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Business Analyst) are an advantage.
