Job summary

SaasWorx is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Business Analyst/Consultant to collaborate with clients and stakeholders, drive discovery workshops, and translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions. You will bridge business and technology, manage pre-sales activities, and guide across the full project lifecycle from discovery to delivery.

Ideal candidates have 7–8 years of experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; Marketing

Qualifications

• 7–8 years of relevant experience as Salesforce Business Analyst/Consultant
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management experience
• Experience managing multiple pre-sales and/or implementation projects
• Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills
• Skilled at creating and maintaining BRDs, User Stories, Process Flows, Wireframes, and Training materials
• Strong demonstration and presentation abilities
• Knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; Marketing Cloud/Experience Cloud advantageous
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform fundamentals and SDLC (Waterfall/Agile)

Responsibilities

• Plan and run discovery workshops to understand client processes, needs and challenges
• Capture process flows, requirements, pain points and desired features
• Bridge between business needs and technology solutions
• Lead pre-sales activities and responses to RFPs
• Ideate innovative solutions while considering standard features and best practices
• Collaborate with the functional team to build, test and deploy platform applications
• Create and present solution demonstrations, wireframes and system demos to client stakeholders
• Own task completion accuracy and manage multiple projects concurrently

Job Summary: As a member of the business consulting team at SaasWorx, the successful applicant will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver outcome-based Salesforce solutions. The applicant will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and challenges, provide guidance, drive innovation, design effective functional solutions, and revolutionize their technological framework using the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute discovery workshops to understand clients' business processes, needs and challenges
• Clearly capture process flows, business requirements, pain points and desired features
• Serve as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions
• Work on RFP and pre-sales activities
• Solve business challenges by ideating innovative solutions, keeping platform standard features and best practices in consideration
• Work with the functional team to build, develop and test platform applications
• Work with client stakeholders to build and confidently present solution presentations, wireframes and system demonstrations
• Own responsibility for the completion and accuracy of project tasks
• Lead multiple projects concurrently
• Be a team player by extending help where needed and sharing experience and skills for holistic team development
• Be self-motivated, flexible and take initiative

Skills Requirement

• Minimum 7–8 years of relevant experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst / Consultant
• Demonstrated solid client-facing and stakeholder management experience
• Extensive hands-on experience managing multiple pre-sales and/or implementation projects
• Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills
• Highly skilled in creating, maintaining and supporting all application development artefacts, including BRDs, User Stories, Functional Process Flows, Wireframes, Business Rule Definitions, User Manuals and Training Material
• Exceptional demonstration and presentation skills
• Knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is a must. Added knowledge of Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud and Tableau CRM is highly preferred
• Solid core knowledge of Salesforce platform fundamentals
• Good understanding of Waterfall and Agile software development lifecycle fundamentals, with experience delivering projects in both models
• A self-motivated self-starter, team player and leader
• Applicants with 2 or more Salesforce certifications will be preferred
