Job summary

Radix2 Tech Solutions in India is seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge business requirements with Salesforce solutions, ensuring delivery aligns with objectives.

You will gather and document requirements, create BRDs, user stories, and process flows, and work with developers, admins, QA, and stakeholders in a remote, full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, CRM processes, and business workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Knowledge of Salesforce objects, relationships, flows, reports, dashboards, security, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business processes into Salesforce solutions with stakeholders.
• Create BRDs, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Admins, QA, and project teams.
• Analyze and improve existing Salesforce processes and workflows.
• Support Salesforce implementation, enhancements, integration, and migration projects.
• Perform requirement validation, UAT support, and solution walkthroughs.
• Identify gaps and recommend Salesforce-based solutions.
• Maintain clear documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, CRM processes, and business workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce objects, relationships, Flows, reports, dashboards, security, and automation.
• Experience in writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred

• Salesforce Business Analyst certification is a plus.
