Job Description:

Key roles and responsibilities include:

• Work with clients and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements.
• Develop user stories and process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions for clients.
• Work collaboratively with team members to design solutions that meet client requirements and fulfill user stories.
• Collaborate with developers to test and verify solutions meet business needs.
• Participate in meetings with clients including requirement gathering, exploring solutions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and training.
• Create basic test scenarios to verify client requirements are incorporated into system design.
• Suggest product enhancements to improve user experience.
• Monitor and report on user feedback post go-live.

Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA/PGDM in any discipline.
• Work experience of 6+ years in similar roles.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in testing and mapping business processes.
• Previous experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
• Experience with Salesforce, Veeva, or similar clouds is preferred.
• Knowledge of project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Confluence.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Good knowledge of wireframing and mockup tools like draw.io or Figma.

Preferred Certifications and Experience:

• Salesforce Admin certification and consulting cloud certifications.
• Experience in Life Sciences industry.
