Job summary

The Deloitte Shared Services India team is seeking a Consultant to build and nurture relationships with teams and clients, aiming to exceed expectations. You will lead projects, design and implement Agentforce-based Salesforce solutions, and drive automation for enhanced customer engagement across client engagements.

You will also manage risks, deliver quality outputs on time, and stay abreast of AI and tech trends to strengthen recommendations and solution designs.

Qualifications

• 5 to 11 years of relevant experience in a consulting or management-oriented environment.
• Minimum 12 end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, including hands-on exposure to Agentforce implementations or AI-powered Salesforce solutions.
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer, AI Specialist, Agentforce Specialist, or relevant certifications) are preferred.
• Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from a premier institute.

Responsibilities

• Takes responsibility for own work or workstream, ensuring engagement/project objectives and Deloitte quality standards are met.
• Develops scalable Salesforce solutions using configuration, customization, and Agentforce capabilities.
• Designs, implements, and optimizes Salesforce Agentforce solutions for AI-powered automation, digital workforce, and intelligent customer engagement.
• Proactively identifies workstream risks and issues; resolves them or escalates to engagement/account leadership.
• Identifies opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of key business processes.
• Builds knowledge in the Salesforce ecosystem by contributing to firm initiatives, learning programs, and industry events.
• Applies awareness of global technology trends to address client needs and enhance recommendations.
• Understands the impact of emerging technologies, including AI and autonomous agents, on business processes and Salesforce implementations.

Key Skills Required

• Prior hands-on experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Agentforce is mandatory.
• Strong experience in designing, configuring, and implementing Agentforce solutions for AI-driven customer service and business process automation.
• Extensive experience in solution design, client management, client demonstrations, and conducting design and development workshops.
• Good understanding of Salesforce capabilities including Lightning Experience, Integrations, Apex, LWC, Flow, and project implementation methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with one or more Salesforce Clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Industry Clouds, or Salesforce Platform.
• Ability to understand business requirements, prepare effort estimates, and define end-to-end solution architecture.
• Experience leading client engagements and managing multi-member project teams.
• Demonstrated project discipline with strong focus on quality, timelines, and deliverables.
• Strong understanding of Force.com platform and Salesforce implementation best practices.
• Ability to prepare project documentation including requirement documents, solution design documents, use cases, test plans, and training materials.
• Experience handling client deliverables and stakeholder communication.
• Knowledge of Heroku and eCommerce integrations will be an added advantage.
