Job summary

Geeksoft is seeking an experienced AI-enabled CRM specialist to design, build, and optimize interfaces using Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, and Data Cloud (Customer 360). You will integrate diverse data sources, develop segmentation strategies, and deliver scalable AI-driven customer experiences.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, compliant, and high-availability solutions across the platform. Pan India operations may involve nationwide coordination.

Qualifications

• Work Experience: 5+ years
• Experience with Salesforce AI-powered platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered solutions leveraging Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, and Data Cloud (Customer 360).
• Configure and deploy Agentforce agents, including topics, actions, prompts, guardrails, and integrations with Salesforce and external systems.
• Build and manage Data Cloud capabilities, including data ingestion, Data Streams, DMOs, Identity Resolution, Unified Profiles, and Calculated Insights.
• Integrate CRM, ERP, marketing, and external data sources using APIs and connectors.
• Develop customer segments, activation strategies, and AI-driven experiences powered by unified customer data.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable AI and Customer 360 solutions.
• Monitor solution performance and ensure adherence to security, governance, privacy, and compliance standards.]
