Job summary

Berger Paints India Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Trainer i-Train to design and deliver impactful training programs for employees and external stakeholders.

The role involves conducting mobile application, product, application and technical training for employees, associates, painters, contractors, architects, dealers and shop staff. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills, with at least 6 years in sales training and a Graduate/Postgraduate education.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate with relevant sales training experience.
• Minimum 6 years of sales training experience.
• Excellent spoken communication in Bengali, English and Hindi.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and effectively communicate product/application-related technical information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand training requirements.
• Plan and conduct monthly training programs through online and offline/physical modes.
• Mobilize trainees and ensure effective participation in training programs.
• Manage new assignments as required.
• Conduct field/site visits and travel as required for training activities.

The role involves conducting different mobile application, product, application and technical training for company employees, associates and painters, contractors, architects, dealers, shop boys, other stakeholders etc. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and facilitation skills, relevant training experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate with different stake holder to understand the training requirement.
• Plan and conduct monthly training programs through online and offline/physical modes.
• Mobilize trainees and ensure effective participation in training programs.
• Manage new assignments as required.
• Conduct field/site visits and travel as required for training activities.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education: Graduate / Postgraduate.

Experience: Minimum 6 Years in sales training

Communication

• Excellent spoken communication in Bengali, English and Hindi.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
• Powerful and persuasive communication ability.

TECHNICAL & DIGITAL SKILLS

• Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
• Working knowledge of Internet and Email.
• Ability to understand and effectively communicate product/application-related technical information.
