Discovery Motors in Gurugram is seeking a dynamic Sales Team Lead to steer a team of Sales Consultants toward hitting monthly and annual targets. The role focuses on showroom sales, lead management, coaching, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You will coordinate with Finance, Insurance, and Service, monitor daily activities, train staff, and drive local promotions and market penetration to stay ahead of competitors.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
