BimaKavach Insurance Broking Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Support Executive to back the sales team and POSP/channel partners. The role covers day-to-day operations, documentation, and policy servicing with a focus on timely processing and accurate records.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience in sales support or insurance operations, strong communication, and MS Excel/Google Sheets skills. This is a full-time, on-site position in India.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in sales support or insurance operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Business Administration.
• Understanding of insurance policy issuance, endorsements, and documentation.
• POSP/channel partner experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• MS Excel and Google Sheets proficiency.
• Experience in non-motor, SME, or commercial insurance is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and activation with POSP/channel partners.
• Assist sales team and partners with policy issuance, endorsements, and servicing.
• Coordinate with underwriting, operations, and claims for timely processing.
• Follow up on pending requests and documentation.
• Maintain records of partner details and sales activities.
• Track policy issuance and servicing requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare regular reports and trackers.
• Ensure adherence to IRDAI guidelines and internal processes.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for sales support.

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Support Executive to support our sales team and POSP/channel partners with day-to-day operations, documentation, and policy servicing. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, tracking policy requests, resolving partner queries, and ensuring smooth execution of sales-related processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with POSP/channel partners for onboarding, documentation, and activation.
• Assist the sales team and partners with policy issuance, endorsements, and servicing requests.
• Coordinate with underwriting, operations, and claims teams to ensure timely processing of policies.
• Follow up with internal teams and partners on pending requests and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of partner details, policy requests, and sales-related activities.
• Track policy issuance, pending cases, and servicing requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare and maintain regular reports and operational trackers.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to applicable IRDAI guidelines and internal processes.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to sales support and partner servicing.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales support, insurance operations, insurance broking, or partner servicing.
• Basic understanding of insurance policy issuance, endorsements, and documentation.
• Experience working with POSP/channel partners will be an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience in non-motor, SME, or commercial insurance will be an added advantage.
