Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be multilingual with fluency in one or more regional languages listed: Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Bengali or Tamil.
• Candidates from North India with excellent Hindi communication are encouraged.
• Location preference is Dombivli or nearby areas.
• Industry experience in Agriculture / Forestry / Fishing / Agri-Tech is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily queries from the field sales team and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain regular communication with dealers and clients to build strong operational relationships.

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and multi-lingual Sales Support & Operations Executive to join our team at our Dombivli office. In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales ecosystemacting as the central link between our field sales team, dealers, and customers. Your primary focus will be managing inbound leads, coordinating seamless dispatches, and providing the operational support necessary to help our sales team smash their targets.

Role & responsibilities

• Sales Team Support: Handle daily queries from the field team and provide timely solutions to keep sales moving.
• Dealer & Client Follow-up: Maintain regular communication with dealers and clients to build strong operational relationships.
• Lead Management: Qualify incoming leads and assign them systematically to the sales team.
• Customer Calling: Engage in customer calling for feedback, inquiry resolution, and service updates.
• Payment Coordination: Track outstanding balances and coordinate with clients/dealers for timely payment collection.
• Logistics & Dispatch: Follow up on product dispatches and delivery timelines to ensure machinery reaches clients on time.
• Target Achievement: Actively assist and empower the sales team to meet and exceed monthly business goals.

Preferred candidate profile

• Location Preference: Candidates residing in Dombivli or nearby central line areas are highly preferred.
• Language Skills (Crucial): Must be fluent in at least one of the following regional languages: Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Bengali, or Tamil. Candidates from North India with excellent Hindi communication are also highly encouraged.
