Role Description

The Sales Specialist - Night Shift - US Process is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajarhat. In this position, the Sales Specialist will manage inbound and outbound calls, engage with prospective and existing clients in the US market, and present services or solutions that meet client needs. Daily responsibilities include qualifying leads, following up on inquiries, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and achieving sales targets and performance metrics. The role also involves providing customer support, handling objections, collaborating with team members and supervisors, and participating in ongoing training to stay updated on offerings, processes, and market trends.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with US-based clients.
• Customer Service abilities to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain positive client relationships.
• Proven Sales and Sales Management capabilities to achieve targets, manage pipelines, and support business growth.
• Experience in Training or willingness to participate in continuous learning to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Prior experience in US voice processes, BPO, or staffing sales is preferred.
• Comfort with night shift work and the ability to adapt to US time zones.
• Basic proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and data entry for maintaining accurate records.
