Job summary

Hireginie Talent Cloud in Delhi is seeking a Sales Specialist with at least 1 year of field sales experience. A two-wheeler and a valid driving license are mandatory. You will generate leads through door-to-door activities, make cold calls, and aim to meet sales targets across assigned projects.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensure brand visibility, and partake in weekly BTL activities to counter competition. Monday to Saturday workdays apply at the Delhi location.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of field sales experience.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory.
• Qualifications include 10th/12th or graduation.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through door-to-door activities and cold calling.
• Acquire new customers and achieve sales targets.
• Conduct weekly BTL activities such as kiosk activities, leafleting and brochure distribution.
• Participate in on-ground and group activities to counter competition.
• Generate sales from low-utilized areas and improve business potential.
• Assist the Branch Sales In-charge in preparing sales plans.
• Ensure proper brand visibility across assigned projects/areas.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
• Submit daily calls and sales reports to the Reporting Manager / Branch Sales In-charge.
