Role Overview

As a Sales Specialist, candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by engaging with leading orthopedic surgeons and healthcare institutions. This is a field-based role requiring strong relationship-building skills and a passion for healthcare innovation. The person would have to technical learn the product and if needed, be present in the OT.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell advanced orthopedic solutions in Sports Medicine and Shoulder Arthroplasty
• Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons and hospitals
• Provide product support during surgeries and clinical discussions
• Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to regional growth

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in medical devices / orthopedics preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned state
• Self‑motivated, result‑oriented, and eager to learn
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
• Ability to deliver Training and product demonstrations to clients as required.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently within a team environment.
• Experience in the healthcare or medical industry is advantageous.
