The ideal candidate will engage with expecting parents and new parents, understand their needs, and provide the right product recommendations — from strollers, car seats, cribs, and baby gear to maternity and new‑born essentials.

Daily responsibilities include guiding customers through product features, ensuring a smooth buying experience, achieving sales targets, maintaining store standards, and contributing to overall store growth. You will also help with product training, stock understanding, and accurate sales documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust with new and expecting parents
• Proven ability in sales, preferably in retail
