Job summary

ABB Motion at Bengaluru, India seeks a field sales professional to drive sales of large motors, generators, and related services in a designated market. You will engage OEMs, EPCs and end users, communicate delivery terms, and pursue new opportunities to grow orders and market share.

You will report to the Sales Manager, work onsite from Bangalore, and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely deliveries, cash collection, and project execution.

Qualifications

• Full Time B.Tech Electrical or Mechanical.
• Experience of 5 to 10 years in sales.
• Sales of Large Motors and Generators.
• Experience with OEMs, End Users and EPCs.
• Basic technical knowledge of Large Motors and Generators.
• Added advantage if candidate worked in Kerala and Karnataka.

Responsibilities

• Sell products/systems/services within designated market in line with division strategy.
• Achieve qualitative and quantitative sales targets to grow orders, revenue and market share.
• Identify and develop new market opportunities.
• Support cash collection, project management, and admin in sales processes as needed.
• Communicate delivery times, payments, and terms to customers.
• Lead efficient marketing activities and convey ABB's value proposition.
