Job summary

ABB Motion, based in Bengaluru, India, seeks a Project Manager to lead small, low-complexity projects. You will guide a project team, ensure activities follow procedures, and apply scheduling techniques to mitigate risks.

The role is onsite at Bangalore-Nelmangala with travel ~20% and a focus on cost, timing, and performance. The ideal candidate has a BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics with 3–5 years of project management experience; PM certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• BE or B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics required.
• 3–5 years project management experience.
• PM Certification is an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team allocated to the project.
• Monitor and control project progress, resource utilization and financials.
• Identify, quantify, and manage project risk; pursue opportunities.
• Drive formal acceptance, contract close-out and customer acknowledgment.
