Job summary

Riello Power India is seeking an experienced Manager – Service Sales to drive service business growth in UPS maintenance, batteries, and spare parts while developing long-term customer relationships. You will lead the service sales team, identify AMC renewal opportunities, coordinate with service and technical teams, and aim to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Experience in UPS industry preferred. Diploma/BTech in Electrical/Electronics expected.

• Experience in service sales of AMC, batteries, and spare parts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

The role will be responsible for generating revenue through UPS Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), batteries, and spare parts, while identifying new business opportunities and maximizing existing customer potential. Candidate from UPS industry will be preferred.
