Job summary

A.R Marketing & Services specializes in delivering comprehensive HVAC and MEP solutions, from design to after-sales support. The team provides technical sales support, training for customers, and on-site services across HVAC, hydro-pneumatic, plumbing, and fire fighting systems.

We seek a Product Sales Engineer to promote our product line, train customers, and collaborate with sales teams to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent engineering field.
• Strong Troubleshooting skills in Maintenance & Repair of technical equipment.
• Experience in providing Field Service and performing Technical Support.
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members.
• Ability to adapt to on-site working conditions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and strong problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Product Sales Engineer:

• Sales Service Engineer you will be responsible for sales & promotion of our product line. Provides technical support, trains customers in troubleshooting and system updates, handles onsite installations/projects, resolves issues quickly, supports internal teams, closes deals, meets sales targets.
• Responsible for training the customer’s technical hands in day-to-day problem solving, fault finding and incorporating minor modifications in their systems relating to our products.
• Goodwill ambassador to the customers, solving their problems quickly and effectively and meeting the commitments of our sales teams.
• Regular collaboration with the sales teams with technical support, ensuring completion of work as per commitments, providing customer feed backs and in finalising AMC/CMC.
• Achieving monthly goals and targets while ensuring the maximum profitability for the company.
• Organizing and conducting market awareness seminars and presentations for our products in the market.

What to expect:

• Receive hands-on training and field exposure to develop expertise in HVAC, hydro-pneumatic, fire-fighting, and industrial systems.

• Travel to client locations as per requirements.

Working hours:

Working hours are typically Monday to Saturday, 10 am - 6 pm.

Extra hours are likely when on field or in case of emergency visit.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent engineering field.
• Strong Troubleshooting skills in Maintenance & Repair of technical equipment.
• Experience in providing Field Service and performing Technical Support.
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members.
