Responsibilities

• Promote and sell hydrometeorological, weather monitoring, environmental and laboratory equipment.
• Visit customers, government departments, consultants and project sites for sales, demonstrations and technical discussions.
• Handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and after-sales service of instruments and systems.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals and support tender-related activities.
• Coordinate with customers for technical and service requirements.
• Prepare site visit reports, service reports and other necessary documentation.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell hydrometeorological, weather monitoring, environmental and laboratory equipment.
• Visit customers, government departments, consultants and project sites for sales, demonstrations and technical discussions.
• Handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and after-sales service of instruments and systems.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals and support tender-related activities.
• Coordinate with customers for technical and service requirements.
• Prepare site visit reports, service reports and other necessary documentation.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech/ITI. in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering or related field.
• 02 years of experience in technical sales/service is preferred; freshers with the right attitude is welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office
• Language Skills: Must be able to speak Hindi and read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Must be willing to travel extensively, including at least 1012 days per month outside West Bengal.
• Willingness to work at remote project sites and government/industrial locations.
