Job summary

Aranya Living in Pune is seeking a Sales & Reservation Executive to grow the business by generating leads, connecting with prospective guests, and converting enquiries into bookings.

You'll conduct market research, reach out via calls, WhatsApp and email, share stay details, pricing and availability, and follow up to secure confirmed bookings, including opportunities for corporate stays and group bookings.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in sales, lead generation and customer engagement.
• Proactive in market research, calling and follow-ups.
• Basic knowledge of spreadsheets and email.
• Freshers and candidates with experience in sales, hospitality, travel or customer service are welcome.
