Praxis Services Pvt. Ltd. invites applications for the Reservations Sales Associate role to support luxury hotel partnerships. You will handle room reservations, provide prompt customer service, and maintain knowledge of policies, rates and availability to ensure seamless guest communication.

Collaborate with housekeeping and other teams to ensure smooth guest stays, while building rapport with clients and delivering accurate information under pressure.

Formación

• 0-2 years of experience in hospitality or related field (room sales/reservation).
• Strong understanding of IHM systems and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of wellness industry trends and concepts.

Responsabilidades
