Job summary

ARTH GOODNESS is seeking a Sales & Lead Follow-Up Executive to manage customer enquiries from hotels and resorts across India. You will follow up on leads generated via social media, reach out via WhatsApp and calls, and share catalogs and pricing to convert inquiries into orders.

The role offers training, exposure to a growing B2B hospitality supplier, and opportunities to grow with the sales team.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates from any educational background.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati; English preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and computers.

Responsibilities

• Respond to leads from social media (Facebook/Instagram).
• Contact potential hotel and resort customers via WhatsApp and phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to leads generated through Facebook and Instagram (Meta Ads).
• Communicate with potential hotel and resort customers via WhatsApp and phone calls.
• Understand customer requirements and share product catalogues, pricing, and relevant information.
• Follow up regularly with prospective customers and help convert enquiries into orders.
• Maintain lead records, update customer status, and coordinate with the sales team.
