Works to achieve program, functional, business targets within team with direct/indirect impact on departmental results Lead Projects for assigned accounts that involve complex & derivative APDs. Support follow-up on AR Aging - support KAM & Finance Asist Premium Freight request (local /Import) Request Item/part creations, support customer creation Customers supplementary working with Finance & Customer Support KAMs for plant related Tasks, support in tooling, proto invoicing, NRE, RM & FX Tracker Updating Support price revision working CQP/ESR/ Innovator support, internal coordination Sample follow-up support Support pricing task follow-up Suppport ROHS, REACH & Compliance declarations Assist in Line stops resolutions,under order processing Track Non-standard orders (NSO),JSR Track Item phased out, find replacement, communicate customer Launch & follow-up of contract revision Documentation support for account creation at customer end Tooling agreement + upload on SharePoint Customer portal management, maintenance (administrator).
