Key Responsibilities:
- Proof content development (end-market focus) Produce local proof assets: customer stories, case studies, testimonials, and quantified proof points. Maintain a proof pipeline aligned to regional product, technology, and end-market priorities. Coordinate stakeholder interviews (sales, partners, customers), gather data, and convert inputs into publishable content.
- Product communications Create product communication packages for regional release needs, including: “What’s new / why it matters” messaging Spotlights, feature-benefit proof points, and application relevance Sales-ready summaries and talk tracks for partner and internal use Partner with Product Management to validate technical accuracy and positioning.
- Localization and compliance discipline Own regional localization management: adaptation and translation coordination for Indian and Southeast Asian languages Maintain an approved claims/terminology register and ensure all translations align with legally approved language. Implement QA workflows for accuracy, tone, formatting, and compliance across all deliverables.
- Campaign content bundling and channel readiness Build complete campaign content bundles aligned to campaign briefs and event needs, including: Web copy/landing page copy, email copy, social copy, ads copy, key visuals briefs Sales enablement assets (one-pagers, pitch slides, proof packs) Ensure assets are delivered in channel-ready formats with correct metadata, naming conventions, and version control.
- Agency coordination and content performance iteration Coordinate with the digital agency on content-related scope and delivery: Provide content briefs, timelines, and acceptance criteria Review and QA content implementation (web pages, emails, ads) before launch Provide content iteration requests based on performance data and feedback Collaboration and interfaces Day-to-day aligned with Regional Marketing Campaign Owner Works closely with: Regional Territory Sales, Product Management, Regional Marketing, Legal/Compliance, Digital Agency, Partners/Distributors
- Success measures (examples) On-time delivery of campaign content bundles and localized assets Increase in sales enablement adoption (downloads/usage, sales feedback) Campaign performance improvements linked to content iterations Growth of regional proof library and usage across channels
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Mass Communication
- Experience: 3–6 years in B2B marketing content, product marketing, or communications (industrial/technical preferred)
- Proven experience producing case studies and proof-driven content
- Strong writing/editing skills; able to translate technical inputs into customer value
- Experience coordinating translation/localization workflows and QA
- Comfortable managing agencies and delivering to deadlines across multiple stakeholders
Skills and competencies:
- Content strategy and packaging for campaigns
- Product messaging, proof point development, and storytelling
- Detail-oriented QA mindset (claims, terminology, formatting, brand consistency)
- Strong project management and stakeholder management
- Data-minded: uses performance insights and feedback to improve content
- Fluency in English is a must, additional languages are considered a plus
