Job summary

Kaizenat Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Bangalore seeks a Sales & Business Development professional to drive end-to-end sales of CAD, CAM, CAE, PLM and engineering software solutions. You will generate leads, conduct client meetings, and close deals while managing the CRM and revenue targets.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills, plus experience in CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM/SaaS sales. Travel to meet clients will be expected as part of the job.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM/SaaS sales is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings.
• Prior B2B sales in Karnataka desirable.

Responsibilities
