You will handle lead generation, client consultations and live demonstrations, negotiation, CRM updates, and after-sales support to foster long-term loyalty and repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Find new clients through cold calling, networking, digital outreach, or following up on marketing leads.
• Client Consultations & Demos: Interview customers to discover needs, present product features, and run live demonstrations.
• Negotiating & Closing: Handle client objections, manage pricing/quotations, and close deals to hit monthly or annual sales quotas.
• CRM Management: Log and update customer interactions, phone calls, and pipeline stages using tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Account Maintenance & After-Sales: Provide follow-up support, resolve complaints, and build long-term loyalty to encourage repeat business.
