Club Mahindra Resorts - Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd. is seeking a Relationship Manager to drive membership sales onsite at Club Mahindra resorts in India.

You should have a minimum of Graduation and 2 years experience in hotel sales or guest relations. The role covers engaging members, presenting pre-sales proposals, resolving conflicts, and building strong client relationships at the resort locations like Virajpet, Madikeri, and Mysore.

Qualifications

• Min Graduation in any field.
• 2 years of experience in hotel sales or guest relations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve stretched targets in a resort onsite environment.
• Engage members and devise new ways to increase engagement.
• Present powerful sales proposals for membership upgrades and new sales.
• Resolve member/customer conflicts and maintain high service levels.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
• Prepare pre-sales proposals for prospective clients.
• Identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
• Stay updated on organization's products and services.
• Maintain consistent average productivity.

Minimum 2 years of experience in -

• Hotel Sales
• Guest Relations
• Hospitality Sales

Key responsibilities:

• Achieve stretched targets in a result-focused environment at Onsite Venue. (Club Mahindra Resorts)
• Have constant member interactions and come out with new ways to engage members.
• Make powerful sales presentations resulting in high conversion ratio – for membership up gradations, references and new sales
• Resolve member/ customer conflicts wherever applicable.
• Maintain strong client relationship and high level of customer service.
• Prepare pre-sales proposals for prospective clients.
• Identify potential customers and new business opportunities within and outside the resort.
• Keep abreast with the organization's products and services.
• Maintain Consistent Average Productivity.
