Airtribe in Bengaluru, India, is building a high-ownership QA function for its sales conversations. As a Sales Quality Analyst, you will evaluate calls, provide structured feedback, and help strengthen our coaching culture to improve outcomes.
You will work closely with sales and training teams, scoring 20–30 calls daily, identifying best practices, and maintaining QA scorecards that feed into performance reviews and improvement plans.
At Airtribe, we’re reimagining how professionals upskill and grow in the age of AI. We run cohort-based, expert-led programs that focus on real-world application—not passive learning.
Our instructors come from companies like Gojek, Razorpay, Uber, Coinbase, Microsoft, and Meta, and more than 5,000+ professionals have already trusted Airtribe to accelerate their careers. Backed by investors such as Better Capital and 640 Ventures, we’re scaling fast—and building a strong sales team is core to that journey.
If you’re looking to learn sales in a high-ownership, fast-paced startup, this role will push you to grow quickly.
As our sales team scales, maintaining consistency and quality across conversations becomes increasingly challenging.
Great sales outcomes are not just driven by volume, but by how conversations are handled, how problems are understood, and how trust is built.
This role exists to build a strong feedback and quality engine that helps the sales team improve continuously and perform better over time.
As a Sales Quality Analyst, you will own the evaluation and feedback loop for sales conversations.
You will work closely with sales and training teams to identify gaps, highlight best practices, and contribute to building a more structured and effective sales system.
This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of sales, data, and coaching.
In the initial phase, your focus will be on understanding sales processes, evaluating calls, and delivering consistent feedback.
Over time, you will contribute to refining evaluation frameworks, improving training inputs, and building scalable QA systems.
Based on your trajectory, this role can evolve into a Senior QA position or a Sales Training and Enablement role.
This is not a passive or checklist-based evaluation role.
We are not looking for someone who only scores calls. We are looking for someone who understands conversations, identifies patterns, and helps improve outcomes.
