Responsibilities

• MIS & Performance Reporting: Prepare MIS and performance reports for key accounts and RMs.
• Branch & Internal Coordination: Coordinate with branches for reconciliation and CD2-related issues; liaise with underwriting, claims, finance, and other internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service fulfillment.
• Documentation & Compliance: Oversee documentation and compliance for policy issuance, cancellations, refunds, and endorsements.
• Claims Monitoring: Monitor claim registrations, settlement status, and coordinate with claims teams for fast-track resolutions; handle client queries, escalations and grievances with a focus on resolution and turnaround times.

As a Sales Ops Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting key accounts and relationship managers (RMs) through performance reporting, issue resolution, and coordination across internal teams. This role demands strong analytical, coordination, and service delivery skills to ensure smooth operations and high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

MIS & Performance Reporting

• Prepare multiple MIS and performance reports for key accounts and RMs.

Branch & Internal Coordination

• Coordinate with branches for reconciliation and CD2-related issues.
• Liaise with underwriting, claims, finance, and other internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service fulfillment.

Documentation & Compliance

• Oversee documentation and compliance for policy issuance, cancellations, refunds, and endorsements.

Claims Monitoring

• Monitor claim registrations, settlement status, and coordinate with claims teams for fast-track resolutions.
