Sheela Group seeks an experienced Sales Operations professional to act as the operational backbone for premium partners. You will manage ERP-backed order lifecycles, onboarding, and real-time MIS reporting to empower Regional Heads for market engagement.

The role requires 3–6 years in sales operations, strong ERP and Excel skills, and bilingual fluency in English and Hindi to support high-end B2B stakeholders.

Job description

Role Objective

Serve as the operational backbone, partner support anchor, and data hub for a lean, high-performing luxury vertical. This role manages backend ERP operations and high-touch inbound partner queries, enabling Regional Heads to focus entirely on market engagement.

Core Responsibilities

1. Premium Partner Support

• Inbound Hub: Act as the primary desk contact for architects, interior designers, hoteliers, and luxury retailers.
• Issue Resolution: Resolve real-time partner queries regarding pricing, product specifications, POS materials, and tracking.
• Pipeline Admin: Maintain the sales funnel tracker and log all incoming partner inquiries accurately.

2. ERP & Data Management (System Expert)

• Order Lifecycle: Track and execute end-to-end sales order processing, including PI/PO creation, order tracking, and indent raising in the ERP.
• Partner Onboarding: Own partner code creation, system activation, and ORC tracking.
• Data Bank & MIS: Maintain the verticals central data repository; generate real-time sales reports and executive MIS dashboards.

3. Cross-Functional Sales Support

• Sales Enablement: Offload all clerical and administrative workflows from Regional Heads.
• Calendar Management: Coordinate schedules, log meetings, and manage calendars for the leadership and regional teams.
• Internal Liaison: Coordinate with logistics, finance, and supply chain to resolve operational bottlenecks quickly.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduate required; Post-Graduate (MBA/PGDM) is a plus.
• Experience: 3-6 years in sales operations, commercial coordination, or luxury client relations.
• ERP & Excel Expert: Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel/Google Sheets for complex data management.
• Bilingual Communicator: Flawless written and spoken English and Hindi, with the polished etiquette required for high-end B2B stakeholders.
